 No episodes numbers because i downloaded it as a whole movie, so impossible to know with the download i downaloaded, anyway it might be only two episodes...

 Filmed in South Africa. The story apparently takes place in the US, Australia, India the Maldives and South Africa, and user comments on the IMDB are full of remarks about how it's impossible to figure out where each scene is set:

All the cars seem to have Western Cape (South Africa) number plates or no plates at all. :)
