Indeed it is, Cologne and surroundings. Chases filmed on the new stretch of motorway A4, being this still closed. First ever Hollywood movie set in Cologne.

a) Maybe Hollywood, but it looks like a-pain-in-the-ass-bullshit-clip
b) Recently I drove the new A4 -too new for my TomTom, which becames mad :D - and have noticed the "Tree of the Year" strip:

Every few hundred meters yo see three or four "Tree of the Year", vegetating on the embankment. Nice idea, but very obviously not makeable.

 Another flop for Ben Kingsley. It's a shame to see a great actor like him acting (really bad) in such a crappy movie like this. I think he's going to get another razzie award.
