 I would agree that the tyre is mostly done when the inner tube is poking through the cord...

 The second thumb marked “Horns” is not a horn at all. It is the die cast air intake grille on the front wing of a Bentley Mk VI or R-type. The horns are mounted under and behind the front bumper to either side of the number plate.

 The first steering wheel is that of a Rover, later P4 I think.

 I have just been in the garage to look at my Bentley R-type SSS, the driver’s side front wing is the air intake, there is a large filter box behind the wing, and a steel trunking leading the fresh air to the demister. The identical looking plated mazak die casting on the other wing is a dummy. Never having seen a left hand drive version, I don’t know if the location of this assembly changed to match.
