What? Not more Hollywood remakes of British classics! They've already butchered Get Carter, The Italian Job, The Ladykillers, The Wicker Man and Alfie. Are they going to have James Gandolfini as Harold Shand (they could certainly do worse than him)? The only good Hollywood remake in recent years (since they've started this whole stupid remake trend) has been The Departed (based on Infernal Affairs)

Or Joe Pesci (even if he's semi-retired now, they'll lure him with a big paycheck). The only thing DeVito and Pesci really have in common with Bob Hoskins is shortness, but then that's probably how a Hollywood studio executive's mind works!

That's what I was thinking.! ;)
Although saying that, Sly Stallone was an obvious deadringer for Michael Caine in Get Carter.! :D

He isn't retired, he just can't get any work.
