2006-04-04 18:38 | Any chases?? |
2006-04-28 16:07 | No. There is a sequence set at a stock car racing track though. |
2007-10-22 20:10 | Fantastic British gem, that sadly will be ruined by the yanks. ![]() |
2007-10-22 20:53 | What? Not more Hollywood remakes of British classics! They've already butchered Get Carter, The Italian Job, The Ladykillers, The Wicker Man and Alfie. Are they going to have James Gandolfini as Harold Shand (they could certainly do worse than him)? The only good Hollywood remake in recent years (since they've started this whole stupid remake trend) has been The Departed (based on Infernal Affairs) -- Last edit: 2007-10-22 20:58:30 |
2007-10-22 21:08 | They'll probably get danny deVito.! ![]() |
2007-10-22 21:19 | Or Joe Pesci (even if he's semi-retired now, they'll lure him with a big paycheck). The only thing DeVito and Pesci really have in common with Bob Hoskins is shortness, but then that's probably how a Hollywood studio executive's mind works! -- Last edit: 2007-10-22 21:19:29 |
2007-10-22 21:24 | That's what I was thinking.! ![]() Although saying that, Sly Stallone was an obvious deadringer for Michael Caine in Get Carter.! ![]() |
2007-10-23 02:35 | It gets worse... Guess who is going to direct the TLGF remake? -None other than Paul W.S Anderson! |
2007-11-17 02:27 | You mean Paul "My best movie was 'Event Horizon'" Anderson? Marvelous. I'll be sure to miss that one. -- Last edit: 2007-11-17 03:55:20 (G-MANN) |
2008-01-28 00:48 | He isn't retired, he just can't get any work. |
