Ddey65 2006-04-04 22:34	Wow. It's somewhat disturbing that anyone can get licence plate and find the owner of a car or truck that easily. On the other hand, it's certainly useful for us if we want to track down cars, trucks, buses, motorcycles, and tractors in British movies.

Nearly a decade ago, some stalker in New York State used something like this to look for a girl he liked, and he killed her.
