I can recognise the DB livery, so I imagine all the German viewers would as well. :)

P.S. According to the IMDB, there were two other Edgar Wallace TV movies made at the same time. It seems they were filmed in 1998 but not shown until 2002.

They were very loud. In the early 90ies I worked in the town Hannover, close to the main train station - and very close to track 13, where all trains from the East (ex-GDR, Poland, Russia) were arriving. When such a Taigatrommel was passing, you had a real earthquake-feeling. Everything was vibrating, the coffee-cup were ringing and you had to stop phone-calls.
