2005-06 made in Hermosillo. Mexico received US Focuses from 2000-04, then made Euro patterned local assembly after the North American facelift (which also means they retained the focus badge instead of FOCUS) If you look up pre-2005 Focuses for sale in Mexico, all of them have US specs.
