Certainly looks like it. What do we call it? The exterior might or might not be genuine Rolls-Royce, although of course R-R did not build bodies in that era, but the chassis and mechanicals most definitely are not.

Maybe it should be a 'made for movie', R-R PII??

Called a 1935 Rolls-Royce Phantom II Fixed Head Coupé by Hooper here [Image: Vehicle 364814] and [Image: Vehicle 602782]. I'm not sure that should be the correct nomenclature, but I really don't know anything about Rolls-Royces.

The confusion is that there were seemingly two cars used in the Sorcerer's Apprentice film. One, a real Rolls Royce auctioned in 2005 and subsequently repainted and owned by Nicholas Cage and the second was the CVS fake.
