Fuel filler flap, made after March 1. 1955 so a T1b. Load compartment doors show it is made before December 29, 1960. Vents at the rear omitted January 17, 1958 (They appear in later brochures, but just ask @ingo about the accuracy of pictures used by VW). List at oldest possible anyway, 1955.
