 Judging by the ten horizontal vent grilles, I would say it's a 1971 model year car.

 Yes, a 1971-model fits with the white 1973-sticker for the TÜV (the technical test, in that times all 2 years) on the licence plate.

 Indeed, the horizontal vent grilles were since August 1970, so model year 1971.
