Looks like 1962 or later Volkswagen Standard or 1200 to me  As for the thumbnail provided by 50sParis, it is 1968 or later Volkswagen 1300. |

Looks like it was used by the Deutsche Bundespost in its first life. It's the older West German postal yellow plus black bumpers, rims and hubcaps. |
