Because it's a reexport. Look at this sliding sunroof. It's quite rare thing for Russia. Cause we have there some sunroofs similar to export sunroofs, which are hard to identify on some pictures like this one. In 90's it was quite a popular thing to instal in your car something like that. But the sunroof on this Samara is 100% dealer's thing. If you'll see one in Russia with this thing - you can be sure that it's export version. As I remember, these sunroofs were installed in Belgium and Netherlands at all.
