Ingo ◊ 2016-01-14 23:09	first year due the plate (if original) - the higher hyphen extinct around 1962/63, in West-Berlin at last. Since the TÜV-sticker on the back plate was introduced in 1960, the hyphen went into the middle. There was no sticker on the front plate (only between 1985 and 2009 for the pollution-test), but it was senseless to use two different tools for one set of plates.
