Very early independent Latvian plate, replaced in 1994 by the familiar AB-1234 style. Can be a new car (1991) I think. Very strange to see it in Latvia. For all I know it at least wasn't sold in Estonia - my friends from there confirmed this when I asked them ("No one would have bought that junk too"  ) |
