I titally agree. The only doubt, considering the movie year is that it could be a replica (The Swiss Sbarro made a good one in those years).

Unlikely, as this movie was filmed in the COMECON (where exactly?), where no modern Western repilca-cars, but still a lot of pre-WWII-vehicles existed.

Latvian SSR. The Audi and Renault both came from there, and it was produced by Belarusfilm, and Belarus borders Latvia...

There even was no Belarus and no Latvia.
