Front end has a Mitsubishi look. there are some elements of a 1970s Lancer except that the amber lights on the pictured car are on the grille. http://carphotos.cardomain.com/ride_images/1/1982/2421/4953710004_large.jpg I think Lancers, Coronas and Geminis were popular Philippine police cars during the 1970s and early 80s, whose era this body style resembles. Coronas had double headlights and they were square-shaped in later years. The rear pillar,however, is kind of Toyota-esque. http://s14.photobucket.com/user/will_8v/media/defa38d2.jpg.html Other than the headlights, nothing seems to match with a Gemini.
