Commentary talks about end of Seven production in 1939, but COF 843 or 845 is a 1936 plate. 34+ ARQ Ruby or 36+ ARR "New" Ruby??

I think somewhere about this time the Ruby went from skinny 17" tyres to slightly fatter 16s. The tyres on this car look 'skinny'. In the 1960s we had a 1937 Ruby which was on 4.75/500 x 16 tyres.

I have been doing a little research on these and it would seem that the 16" tyres may have been export only? There is only the briefest mention on this page - http://www.austin7.org/Data%20Pages/Ruby%201/ but it does show the visible difference between the models at the base of the windscreen. The car here may be the earlier variant?

COF was June 36 series. So I'll settle with Ruby ARQ.
