Yes I agree with Talbot-Lago. Is this the Quai Francois Mitterrand - just near the Louvre? Although I guess it was not called that in 1951. |

I recognised the location as I was there in February 2014. I have a photo taken from approximately where the truck behind the Talbot is in this pic. |
