Going purely on its racing number #40, it is supposed to be Ken Collier's Riley Brooklands Special with a Ford 4.5 V8 (disqualified for short lap) and is the Bugatti-ish thing in 2nd and 3rd thumbs below. Is that what a Riley Brooklands Special should look like??
