Rhodesia builds started Nov 62 with S2a 88" and 109" for civilian and army use, apparently continuing somehow past UDI in 1965 until maybe 68. -- Last edit: 2022-02-21 14:03:55 |

They might have worked their way through stocks of kits imported before UDI, as BMC and Ford did before closing in 1967. https://www.aronline.co.uk/around-the-world/bmc-in-rhodesia/ If there was a CKD operation in South Africa perhaps some kits found their way to Rhodesia. |

My Land Rover bible is slightly vague about what happened after 65, but hints that both ideas ^ happened. This facelift 68 seems to confirm arrivals from ZA. |
