If I understand its registration correctly —special series for lorries in Parisian area, between 1919 and 1928— [4411G1] could mean 1924, more or less.

And I have seen this face before.

On peut lire le nom du garage sur cette dépanneuse: J. Pletsch, 4 rue R. Bacon, Paris 17ème.

It appears to be RHD and it has chain drive to rear axle .
I think this may be WW1 British truck modified.

Don't it look a little bit too modern to be that?

The radiator with top shroud reminds me of 1920s AEC eg /vehicle_244031-AEC-NS-Type-1923.html .....

I see this Fageol: /vehicle_188639-Fageol-31-2-Ton-1921.html
A bit the same shape for the radiator, no?

Willème? Bernard? (RHD is probably not that much a hint for anything.)

… En fait Willème me tenterait beaucoup.

No consensus on a brand in Link to "www.photosdecamions.com" but some think it could be British, and the last suggestion was on Scammell.

JCB and other bowler hats, what do you think?
