Morris Eight Series 1 or Pre-series, 1935 to 1937

That registration is from Glamorgan, dated 1930, so five years older than the car.

The grille is reminiscent of a Series I Tourer

Same radiator used on all variants, until introduction of Series II, when the chrome plated surround was changed to a painted one.

Cubic capacity should be 918cc, same design engine used in small Morris cars up to the introduction of the Minor Series II, using the Austin A30 engine. It is not a fabric roof, it's a steel roof with a fabric opening section (Pytchley, I think) which was available from the factory.
