Why 1947? It could be because the Slough built Tractions only got the new bonnet in 1948, but I think it's got pre-1938 bumpers and plain wheels (not 'Pilote' wheels), and almost all early post-war Slough built Tractions were exported ("Export or die"). I would think this is rather a 1936/37 Light Fifteen (or Twelve), but there's just not enough detail visible to be sure... And yes, it's a Slough-built version (short chromed headlamps, sidelights on top of the front fenders). |
