Neptune ◊ 2013-10-20 18:47	1997-1998 model, XLT Someone has added a Gentex Corporation electrochromatic auto-dimming rear view mirror. These mirrors did not appear in this form until the 2000 model year. They are not all that hard to install. They are self-contained units, only requiring a power relay that runs across the top of the windshield (to the left hand side) hidden by the headliner, and down the driver side A-pillar where it then ties into the Expedition’s power supply for its other electronics.
