1975 made-for-TV sci-fi thriller about an engineered virus designed to kill millions in weeks escaping a lab after an unknowing teenaged boy takes a rat infected with the contagion outside the premises, infecting his brother and boyfriend as they are due to go on a camping trip! It is up to a doctor played by Leonard Nimoy to trace and isolate those infected! Can he succeed in this task... or is the world doomed to a fate akin to The Stand?
