dsl ◊ 2013-05-04 16:47	Looks as if armoured up for NI army use but may be a fake? XXI8821 plate from a 1992 Escort 1.4 - not Army format, but unsure what plates RUC used. Another one parked alongside (plate in different position, looks much more home-made armour, plus cabin goes straight thru to windscreen without partition). Front capture a few seconds later and although plate illegible it does not look like XXI8821 so assumed to be this one.

Could be a fake, but it does look a lot like the old 109" LR Series III 'Hotspur' of the RUC. This was the predecessor of the 110" 'Tangi'.
