Late Rover Mini. Rims look like those fitted to the 2000 run-out Mini Classic Seven, but upholstery and pin-striping don't match. -- Last edit: 2013-02-05 19:43:01 |

My guess would be a plain 97-00 Mini Classic which should give the wheels, pinstripe and straight thin grille bars. Classic Seven as ^ often had wavy grille but could be ordered with straight. I think sunroof was normal option so no need for any EU Special edition. A bit neglected - has lost part of grille surround and door mirror. |

Since it has a sunroof I'd go for Knightsbridge rather than Classic. Would need to see interior to confirm. |

The wheels are the most precise factor here - Classic Seven was only version with this pattern - http://aebergon.perso.neuf.fr/photos_Mini/MAJ_sept_2005/Mini_Classic_Seven.jpg . At the end, you could option up any Mini with pretty well anything so sunroof no longer diagnostic. But you couldn't option downwards so these wheels stayed on base models only. |

Would have still been nice if it were a Knighty, as it would have been our first Mini in such trim. Our only Knightsbridge is, as of November 9th 2014, a bloody Rover 100... -- Last edit: 2014-11-09 19:06:49 |
