It appears to be a 1999 model with missing rear black bumper trim. The hubcaps aren't authentic 2003-2005 ones but fake look-alikes that fit the concave wheels of the older models. |

Looks like an old school California exempt plate. The newer ones say "CA EXEMPT", whereas the older ones said "California (E)". |
