The shape of light bulb did give away compare to European version where they use the GLS (Globe Lamp Shape) shaped bulb different from American bulbs. Here is an example of American shaped bulb at Feit Bulbs compare to European shaped bulb at ALTEREGO 40W. PS. Here is similar scene at Incandescent Light Pole -- Last edit: 2011-11-30 20:52:01
night cub ◊ 2011-12-01 01:13	This scene is at the begining of the episode. The Rolls Royce in the scene was used in Hawaiian scene for an earlier episode. So most likely shot in Hawaii.

An AEC Regent III/Weymann lowbridger from London Transport's RLH class passes the camera. Four were exported to Hawaii (RLH26, RLH33, RLH36 and RLH47), but this one is not identifiable.
