In the USA, the J60 was first available with a 2F engine [FJ60], then from the 1988 model year onwards, with a 3FE engine [FJ62] and a new quad-headlight grille. This is an early model, so it's an FJ60. If the film had been shot in Canada instead, it would be more difficult, because the J60 Land Cruiser was mostly available as a Diesel there. There was also a change of engine (from 3B to 2H) but it happened before the mid-career facelift.
