Clearly made for (or in) South Italy. Doesn't look like W114/W115, rather W108/W109 according to the rear wheel arch. From the coachbuilders that I know of, it may be converted by Grazia, Mariani or Fissore. I don't know if Sagliano were still in business at that time, but they'd be another suspect. That's unfortunately all my crystal ball states.
