DynaMike ◊ 2011-09-27 12:20	'Ponton' was never part of the name of these MB's, just a nick-name. A 190 would be a [W121], since the [W120] is teh code for the 180. But both had small grilles between the radiator grille and the headlamps... Since these grilles are lacking, and since the indicator lights on the front top of the front fenders are (just) visible, this must be a 6-cylinder version: 219 [W105], 220 (or 220 S) [W180] or 220 SE [W128], most rpobably a 1956-1959 220 S. US-spec by the extra indicators under the sealed beam headlights.
