VIN please. How hard is it to get a phonetic Russian keyboard? How do you do it ? Or are you fluent in Russian? I am getting frustrated. Why can’t I get the plates to pull information.... A694BK76 - latin (english) plate А694БК76 - cyrillic (russian) plate Am I translating the numbers wrong? When checking a russian plate do you input cyrillic or latin text? Either way both combinations are not pulling any results.... |

That's not a БК but a Russian V (Вв) For Windows 10, navigate to Windows Settings by clicking on the gear on the left side of the Start Menu. Click on “Time & Language”, then click on “Region & language” in the left sidebar. Under “Languages”, click “Add a language”. Find the language that you would like to add. After clicking on it, you may be asked to specify a regional dialect. You will be returned to the “Region & language” page. Once you have followed these steps, a new icon will appear next to the date and time on the bottom-right of your screen. Most likely, it will say “ENG” for English, the current keyboard language. Click on this icon to open a window listing the currently added languages. From here, you can select a language to change your keyboard’s settings. You may also hold down the Windows key and press Space to quickly change languages. This is XWKFB227270040117 |

Thank you. I’m reading the characters wrong or inputting the wrong information. I will continue to practice. @Gamer I’m on my ipad. I can try the above on my desktop when I get home later. Could you possibly post the plate (actual characters to input into vin01.ru) so I can get familiar with the different characters (moving forward).I truly believe that is where my hang up is.
