 Land-Rover 88" late Series IIa (1968-71).

 I don't think so. It looks like an earlier model judging by the wiper blanking plate on the windscreen and 4 bolt bonnet hinges (making it 1958-1966), but it has had the front wings and grille from a Series 3 added.
