Too bad the USA never got a crew cab Ranger. These weren't export models. These Doble Cabina were built in Argentina using the same chassis as NA models. The tail lamps weren't changed in 2000 like up here. They retained amber turn signals from 1998-2003. I believe 2004 was the face-lift down there. SA did not receive the 2001-2003 face-lift like NA. As far I know. Did some researching this morning and that is what I was able to dig up.
