 Yes, it looks like the same truck as in the link, but it is a later Model BB - possibly from 1934 - not an AA. I don't know where it is supposed to be set - the license plate looks odd - but it looks to have been shot in the same San Gabriel Hills (??) area as MASH and The Waltons and a hundred other movies and TV shows.

It appeared in S2E22 ("For Love or Money"), supposed to happen in Czechoslovakia.
