Here not. Sealed beam-lamps are strictly forbidden, also the US-typical position lamp/front indicator wiring, where the front indicators are permanent on - although recently I say an US-spec 1998 Toyota Corolla with this combination - its German plates were older than 10 years, so it kept this wiring since that.  Very odd. Of the TÜV-checker on the countryside, where the car came from, had no idea.Often you also have to change the red back indicators to orange one, but with that sometimes you see exceptions. But sealed beam never, no chance for that. |
