I think that the name -Type 92A, Ikegai - is probably wrong, because Ikegai company never no manufactured this vehicle.
Type 92 8t Prime Mover produced by TGE(later Hino)company - Ko Model, and Kubota company - Otsu Model.
In my opinion the correct name is: Type 92 8t Prime Mover.
At picture is probably Ko Model produced by between 1932-36.

It is a vehicle for carrying 15 cm heavy guns, developed at Tokyo Gas Electric Industrial Company, completed in 1932.

There is also the "Ninety-two five-ton towing vehicle" (Ike) also developed by Ishikawajima car.

The engine is a 6-cylinder water-cooled gasoline engine and is approximately 16 km / h (B type is 20 km / h)

The type A was developed in 1932, the improved type B type was developed in 1936.

Production is 1657 vehicles.
