 Not a Ford, note that the radiator is shouldered at the top. I first thought it was a Willys-Knight but saw a 1925 Rugby on the road today and realised that this one of the same model. It is a Star from about 1924-25 - a model sold in NZ as a Rugby.

Called Rugby here, almost in the link (for example): Link to "floresta.olx.com.ar" But i dont know for the model of the picture.
