It appears to have a shovelhead engine so could be an FLH model from the 1960s, '70s or '80s but is fitted with a springer front end. I am not sure if the front end is an old one from the 1940s or is the newer style available since the late 1980s.

Effectivement je n'avais pas bien regardé l'image. Tu as raison ce n'est pas une FLSTS mais bien une moto sur base FLH (présence des amortiseurs)
