How many car like that on the world? 1, 2...? |

Many more! There are several Range Rover stretchies out there, even if I don't know why... First I thought it could have been a conversion by Vantagefield, but it seems like an US coachbuilder had his hands on this car. |

Absolutely... doesn't seem like a Rover idea neither a British one in general! |

Dumb & Dumber... |

I think this is a Vantagefield Gazelle, most likely due to the time of filming and trim seen here. These vehicles were often of British design, from what I gather the largest customer bases seem to be the Middle East and Far East. It could possibly be a Elektiar (from Riyadh) or a Glenfrome Portway (England). |

I think this might be /vehicle_40364-Land-Rover-Range-Rover-Stretched-Limousine-Classic.html Conversion specialists such as Vantagefield, Elektiar and Glenfrome, would build what ever the customer wanted and could pay for. I think this is a 89 or later vehicle (concealed front door hinges introduced may 89) and I believe both Elektiar and Glenfrome ceased trading around 85 or 86. Over all style (especially the lights on the B and C pillars) suggest an American conversion. |
