Looks like some Packard, I'd say. I'd tend to a 1946, but those didn't have the rear suicide doors. On the other hand I couldn't find a 1942 with the slanted pillar behind the rear door... |

I think the picture is distorted and it is a GM product from the same era. |

Fuzzy but I 'd go for a 1941 Studebaker Commander ( slanted C pillar ,rear suicide door, no beltline molding trim strip,spike form door handles, quite long and pointed rear fenders . |
