Really helpful. That's like saying 1938-2003 on an unknown Beetle. 1. the W126 arrived in late 1979 as a 1980, and I believe in the US even as a 1981. 2. this has the manhole wheels which makes it (most likely) 1986+ (but could be changed) There are probably several other details I missed, but American 126s never seem to have gotten the Sacco boards: https://www.classiccarstodayonline.com/wp-content/uploads/1990-Mercedes-S-class-ad.jpg |
