Late 30s Dodge/Plymouth like this: https://c2.staticflickr.com/4/3366/3565612611_55e5fa70b1_m.jpg

eLMer will likely know more about it. ;)

It can't be a Plymouth truck as this make made only light-duty models. but from what can be seen in this picture, this vehicle seems indeed to have the hood end mascot of a 1939-47 'Job-Rated' Dodge truck (a stylized ram) or the one of a Fargo cousin (a globe), i.e. the export version.
So if indeed a Dodge / Fargo:
The movie was shot in Spain, so it could be a Fargo. But if a real classic military truck, then it could also be a militarized civilian Dodge (1939-42 T-Series to W-Series) or a Canadian made military D60L 'General Support', part of the T110 family. It would then be a RHD model, which would be hard to identify, here.

→ As Fargo: 1939 FH-Series / 1940 FJ-Series / 1941 FK-Series / 1942-47 FL-Series;
→ As Dodge:
  ∗ 1939-42 militarized truck: 1939 T-Series / 1940 V-Series / 1941-42 W-Series (but a "disguised" later imported 46-47 W-Series is also possible);
  ∗ 1941-45 D60L GS (although most of them didn't have the hood mascot).

For me, there is too few visible details in the picture for too many possibilities to tell one model over the others. All the more as, looking at the picture twice, the fender / footboard junction doesn't seem to fit any of these trucks...

So what do you think it could be?

As said above, there is too many possibilities with too few visible details. I won't guess nor select one randomly: for me it's just another unidentifiable truck (which is not the same as unknown).
