Is this right hand drive version for the British market? |

It's hard to see plate of the car in this film but I think it says CRT209H, which according to the RAC is registered to a Ford. Can anyone tell which W113 SL (engine size) it is by the details? |

By the wheelcovers, the black rear view mirror and the arm of the door mirror, I would say it's a 1968+ 280 SL. The thumbnail also shows it has an Automatic badge. |

The correct index for the mercedes is DRT209H its shown on the DVLA website as a red 280sl manual coupe with a 2778cc engine. First registered on 03/06/1970......Coley |

Jeremy do have a photos of the car, I collect everything to do with the LGF its a bit of an obsession of mine so its great to hear that DRT209H is still out there. I have been trying to trace both the Mercedes and the Jaguar XJ6 - YPD596T from the film, I am building an archive of material from the movie so if you have any I would love to hear from you......Cheers......Nick |
