it is a 2005 Visao (brand) Firenze (model)scooter, by Vento Motorcycles, USA. Only sold in México.

Googling "Vento Scooters" it seems they specialize in the same design as a million other exporters of Chinese scooters - Kegare can confirm: Link to "www.google.de"

"Visao scooter" brings much less results, but the few scooters pictured there aside from this are also Chinese models that have been rebadged a million times: Link to "www.google.de"

To me it looks Chinese, this page confirms that parts come from both China or Taiwan and are probably assembled in the US and then shipped to dealers in Mexico
