Yes, Place Masséna / Avenue Verdun, with hotel Plaza et France. (In the 1951 Michelin guide it was the third hotel in Nizza, after Negresco and Ruhl.) |

I don't think it is a Bugatti - more like some small sportscar like an Amilcar or a Derby or something of that ilk. |
