Not a 1979, but rather a 1977 or 1978. The only ways I know of to tell those two years apart are the graphics and the grille mesh. The graphics on this one aren't present, and the picture isn't clear enough to see if the grille is diamond-grid (1977) or honeycomb (1978). This car should probably be four stars, BTW. It factors pretty heavily into the movie, and for a while this car is all the audience knows the killer by (since the killer spends nearly all of the film unseen). -- Last edit: 2007-02-03 00:49:15 |

Even though its red and not black it still does a real good job of looking very sinister |

Well, beside lack of graphics this car also lacks certain parts of Trans Am body kit, ie front air dam and rear wheel air deflectors. |

Once again: no Trans Am graphics, no air dams. |

Reminds me of Christine. |

You do know that Christine was a 1958 Plymouth Fury right -- Last edit: 2015-06-04 07:14:51 |

I think what jenanistonfan1 is trying to say is that it's because its a evil hero car that is red with blacked out windows. |
