If its a Charger, why are the headlights exposed? All '68-'70 Chargers had hidden headlamps when the lights were off and/or the ignition was off. |

It's not unusual at all to see Chargers of this era with the headlight doors stuck open. They were vacuum-operated, and the hoses leak over time. Since this car was about 10 years old then, it's hardly surprising. |
