Yes, it's most likely the SLK; Daimler AG probably gave it to RTL as a pre-production vehicle before it was scrapped. Most movies have vehicles that are new given to them, but they don't have as much detail and props as the sales model, most likely so the stunt team can fit in a roll cage or other instruments so the vehicle can get damaged and not have to have an expense for the car itself (e.g. Furious 7 with the Lykan Hypersport).
